Great rooms, staff are super nice, awesome spot right in the heart of everything! 🌟.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The staff were amicable, doing great job. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, near old town. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Al-Falah Schools 54 bus stop.

Their staff were not very helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the location couldn't be more convenient - just a short walk from the train station and with stunning lake views from some rooms. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. And finally, the rooms were cosy and spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day off right.

One minor aspect could be improved, but overall, everything was satisfactory.
